Refund policy

We have an all-sales are-final policy, which means we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do accommodate replacements of damaged items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have arrived in a damaged or unusable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and provide the damaged images of the product.
